What really stood out was how hard Trevor and the team worked to get our loan approved. It was a reasonably complex application with multiple properties as security, very tight servicing requirements, and a slow, uncooperative bank. Despite that, they put in countless hours, including evenings and weekends, constantly following up with the lender and keeping us informed every step of the way. You could tell they genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us.

The technology and process were also a breath of fresh air. Their online ID verification, application and document upload system made everything incredibly easy. No trips to the post office, no chasing down a JP during business hours, and far less paperwork than we’ve experienced before.

To top it all off, Goodlend’s charity rebate program allowed us to direct a portion of their commission to a charity we care about, which was a fantastic bonus.
